At 630X magnification, this photomicrograph of a biopsied section of rabbit skin 48 hours after intradermal injection of DTP (diphtheria, tetanus, pertussis) vaccine shows predominant eosinophilia within a perifollicular infiltrate. The tissue section was processed using Giemsa staining.
