This anteroposterior (AP) chest x-ray shows pulmonary aspergillosis caused by a fungal organism of the genus Aspergillus. Note the fibrotic changes in the bilateral hilar regions, as well as in the bronchiolar tree. Metallic clips are also visible in the right hilar region, indicative of a prior unspecified surgical procedure.
