This historic image from 1978, depicted a Center for Disease Control (CDC) laboratory technician, who was exiting a basement door in the former Building-7, located on the CDC’s Roybal Campus. One of the parcels on the cart that the tech was pushing was a Frozen Specimen, which required a RUSH shipping designation.
