This 1961 image was captured during what had been a Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO) panel discussion that had included experts on the use of pesticides, and a World Health Organization (WHO) expert committee on pesticide residues, which took place in Rome, Italy, October 9 – 16, 1961. Seated on the left was Dr. A.J. Taylor, and on the right sat F. Peter W. Winteringham.
