This photograph depicts an anterior view of the male genital and inguinal regions with prominent bilateral verrucous lesions. These lesions represent extensive hypertrophic tissue associated with the chronic granulomatous inflammatory process of granuloma inguinale. Following differential diagnostic evaluation, the condition was diagnosed as granuloma inguinale, also known as donovanosis, a bacterial infection caused by Klebsiella granulomatis, formerly classified as Calymmatobacterium granulomatis.
