Caption:
This 1975 image depicted a cat that was found inside a migrant worker camp’s kitchen, during an inspection of the sanitary conditions in the food preparation area. When conditions are unsanitary as those depicted here, potentially dangerous situations can arise. Organisms attracted to such an environment, are normally carriers, or vectors, for many diseases that can be passed on to human beings.
